  • Jomin Bunka Museum

  The ISJFC actively organizes lectures and symposiums under the “Folk Cultural Studies Seminar (Jomin Bunka Kenkyu Koza),” as well as the Practical Training Workshop for Restoration of Historical Documents focused more on small-group activities. As part of the seminar, the editorial team of the Mingu Monthly has also held the Mingu forum since FY2016.
 On March 13, 2023, the Exhibition Room of the Institute for the Study of Japanese Folk Culture on the Yokohama Campus, Kanagawa University, was reopened as the Jomin Bunka Museum. The museum displays ISJFC activities, history, archived materials, etc.
